Let's Make a Deal...the Birthday Version

We went to Uncle Shane's over the weekend and since he hadn't sent Damen his birthday present he decided to make a game out of it. Shane had three boxes, all the same size all with the same wrapping paper. He told Damen that he could either have $10 now or choose from one of the presents....but whatever he got he had to keep. Damen decided to go for choosing one of the presents. Shane gave him 1 minute to shake all three boxes before he had to pick one. In each of the three boxes Shane put in a bunch of loose screws and a can full of screws to help create sound deversion.

Damen picked box number 3 which remarkably had a Lego Bionicle in it!! How he figured that one out we were amazed. He said that he could tell by the sound. Because he did an awesome job of picking out the right present Shane gave him the $10 bill also.

Dillon and Devin thought then they should open the other two. Dillon ended up opening the Barbie clothes and Devin ended up opening the Barbie Doll. The deal with the Barbie stuff started last year when Damen thought it would be funny to send Shane a Barbie for his birthday. Ever since, they have been swapping the Barbie back and forth. Looks like Shane is still stuck with the Barbie :)
